Tiada Bintang di Langit Kuala Lumpur Pt. 2

There are no stars in the skies of Kuala Lumpur. Only empty promises and false hope. They shine because they assume the role of the silent predator. Tempting its victims with lights and colours, drowns them with absinthe the drink that hinders your ability to operate properly, and then snaps you into two. Kills you before you even know youre hurting. Drowned in the pool parties, and the alcohol and the bikinis and the dances and the music. Oh the music.

The music, beat over beat over beat of the same thing. Designed so you can lose yourself, hinder your emotions and tempt to you into letting the drums dictate the beat your heart. And when that happens, your heart, that feels, goes out of control. You think youre losing yourself to the music. But youre not, youre losing your heart.

And then you love, with a broken heart, unfit and unsure of the definition of love. Uncertain of its realness. Then you let go.

There are no stars in Kuala Lumpur, its a place with too many dead and dying hearts. Broken into a million pieces that it becomes difficult to fix. There are no stars in the sky of Kuala Lumpur, with the shattered pieces all around, its impossible to see, whether anyone can be free, truely and completely free.

Why theres only one Reception

One of the most frequent asked questions (usually come form idiots who barely know me but still wants to strike a conversation about my love life) are why is there only one reception for the wedding?

The Doa in the card was specially design to give you the first hint. I have no parents. Theyre both gone so having a second reception is down right unnecessary.

Take time to read the card. So i dont have to be reminded that I am without parent every time I pass you a card.

Resolutions

Wah! Sudah day 30 in year 2011! Tomorrow is 31st and then comes 1st February. Time is running fast huh? What have you accomplished so far?

I still have things-to-settle-list that i haven't strikethrough yet! Cuak itu ada. Risau itu pasti ada. But it's ok... stay calm.. stay calm...and carry on. Fuh! We can't control everything, can we? Stop being a control freak, Sabrina! Huhu.

Resolutions. Yes, actually i wanna share my resolutions with you. With the hope that you would help me by reminding me in case i forget about the resolutions. Like "Hey Sabrina, act on it! It's on your list, remember?" Ha...something like that.

So here we go... things i wanna pay a little bit more attention to:

Me and God - Sembahyang. Mengaji.
Me and Me - Make colorful cute crafts. Memasak. BMW-bijak mengurus wang. Hehe.
Me and Human - Keep quiet, sit, sleep or do something colorful cheerful peaceful when angry.

Okai, that's all. Senang tak? Can you help me?

2011

Masuk Tahun 2011 sudah...... how's your new year, readers? =)

Don't be too happy celebrating it, because we never know whether you u'd gonna smile or cry towards the end...

2011 started bad? It's ok... this is just the beginning, we still have 364 days to make the ending awesome!

Trivial updates.

Pergh.... lama gila tak blog! Too tired to blog after work. Sometimes tak tired mana pun, but i am just lazy. Dengan laptop yang kejap kejap mati, and internet at home yang sucks, slow sangat, i cannot stand it, so i don't blog.

Tomorrow is Monday and keje and patutnya sudah tidur sekarang but i am waiting for a call.

I sleep early. I think the girls yang pernah 1 room 1 dorm with me at school at college knew that i am an early sleeper. Sleeper? Haha. Funny. Whateva. I think the only thing that makes me sleep after 12 is midnight movie. Hehe.

Ops. Hanafee is calling! Hehe. Bye blog!

When a couple shares a blog.....

Anyway, the problem when a working couple shares a blog;

Woman: Sekarang ni I have no time to update the blog lah. Can u please update our blog? Jangan tulis panjang sangat, u will scare the readers. *laughs*

Man: What? I have no time too! And i don't know what to write. Awak lah tulis. Awak kan banyak idea.

Woman: Saya? Alah... How ni? Nanti readers lari... *muka sedih mcm ini suatu isu yg besar*

Man: Hahaha. Like we have many readers je...

Woman: Adalah! Kak noi and manje! Hehehee. And silent readers? We never know right? Hehe.

Selamat 1 Muharam

Salam Ma'al Hijrah 1431 untuk semua. Selamat 1 Muharam. Jatuh pada hari Jumaat. Hujan da start turun hari Khamis. It's obvious, right? Keberkatan. *smiles*

Sadly, my 1430 ended with tears and harsh words. Was too sad plus angry.. my eyes got teary.. people could see. I reached home, it was already Maghreb. Too late for me to recite the dua'a. My heart was broken. It's like when you see a light shining through an open door and when you are about to step your foot in, the door closes, and there's a voice behind the door saying "Sorry, you are not accepted here. Maybe next time". I think that this is a message from God to a sinner like me. *sads*

But that is okay. There are always other doors. Yesterday's was just a test... just a test from Him.

So, how did your 1430 end?

Twenty-three to twenty-ten

1. Wow. Twenty-three more days to year twenty-ten. *smile*

2. End of this month, my bff Emi is going to get engaged. Yay!! Christmas falls on Friday and the Engagement on Saturday, in Kuantan, Pahang. Am going to be working on that Saturday! I don't know what am I going to do about it... what i know is... i have to make a plan. Emi, if you are reading this, trust me, i so wanna be there for you but i can't promise, k?

3. I've been working in a new company for 6 weeks now. Am gonna share my first job-hopping experience with you, soon. *smiles*

4. Access to Blogger is blocked at the new company. That's why no new posts from me lately. Hehe

5. But that's okay! Since i can't blog at the office, so i will make scheduled posts! For your information, yesterday's post and this post are scheduled posts. There's gonna be more scheduled posts later on. *winks*

6. I think i'm beginning to lose my writing and communication skills in English, or maybe it's the confidence? Hmmph.

7. Anyway, Hanafee came here last weekend. Enough said. *Floating in the air* Haha.

8. Again, Twenty-three more days to year twenty-ten. Wow. Are you ready people??

Trivial Update 2

As cliche as this may sound, I miss this HanafeeSabrina.

Reason for not updating this blog...

I am totally busy. (mcm biasa, cliche again but that's the truth) Seriously.
Hanafee lagi la busy. We are in a mess. Even Hanafee & me hardly talk nowadays (Ini untuk menggambarkan betapa sibuknya kami). But No. Our relationship is just fine. Thank you. *smiles*

You people, do keep on blogging k? (eceh eceh, mcm ramai followers. Padahal bape org je baca. Haha!) I promise i'll keep on reading your blogs and commenting when i take a break. (Kak Noi, pakailah xml template!!! senang nak masuk dalam reader!! Haish. =P)

So what's new with me?

First, my laptop dah tak boleh access internet. Sakit hati.

Second, sudah start busy at the office, completion date for the project I am involved in is just around the corner. God, please give me strength and patient and calmness to handle all the workload. Amin.

Third, today I went to a highschool friend's wedding and got to meet kawan-kawan lama!! Yay!! It was like a reunion. So happy!! Bila lagi nak jumpa... time kawan-kawan kawin la kan? =D

Sorry for wasting your time. But i miss blogging so much i just have to type something here. Hehe. So that's it. A short trivial update from me.
